Mission Statement: 
1.	根据生产需要通过对增压器零部件（叶轮、主轴、壳体等）从样件到批量进行精密测量得到准确的产品特性，从而验证产品的质量特性是否满足规范要求；
According to production needs, accurate product characteristics are obtained through precise measurements of turbocharger components (impeller wheel, main shaft, casing, etc.) from sample to mass production, thereby verifying whether the product's quality characteristics meet the specification requirements;
2.	根据生产需要检查特殊工装/量具,使特殊工装/量具是否满足要求得到验证，从而使产品质量得到保证。
Check special tooling/measuring instruments according to production needs to verify whether the special tooling/measuring instruments meet the requirements, so as to ensure product quality.

Main Accountabilities 
1.	根据工作计划进行样件、批量件检测
Conduct inspection of sample and mass-produced parts according to the work plan
2.	根据零件特性选择合适的测量手段/工具
Choose the appropriate measurement methods/tools based on the characteristics of the parts
3.	按公司标准对样件进行三坐标编程并按期完成检测
Program the sample in accordance with the company's standards for the three-coordinate system and complete the inspection on schedule
4.	对测量结果进行分析，判定不合格的原因
Analyze the measurement results and determine the reasons for nonconformance
5.	检测到不合格产品时能与技术人员和操作者进行沟通，提供相关资料帮助改善加工
When substandard products are detected, communication can be conducted with technicians and operators, and relevant materials can be provided to help improve processing
6.	负责三坐标等相关设备、工具的日常点检、清洁、校准；配合完成年度校准、保养等工作
Responsible for the daily inspection, cleaning, and calibration of CMM and other measurement equipment; assist in completing annual calibration and maintenance work.
7.	按公司体系要求填写检测记录、报告、台账、程序归档，确保数据可追溯
Fill in inspection records, reports, ledgers, and procedure archives according to company system requirements to ensure data traceability
8.	配合完成检测效率持续提升
Coordinate to continuously improve testing efficiency
9.	完成领导安排的其他任务
Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership

Knowledge , Skill and Experience 
1.	机械制造、测量相关专业，大专及以上学历。
Majors related to mechanical manufacturing, measurement, with a secondary vocational school degree or above.
2.	1年以上相关工作经验。
1 years relevant work experience above.
3.	熟练的机械二维、三维图纸识图能力，精通形位公差等检测标准。
Proficient in reading 2D and 3D mechanical drawings, skilled in inspection standards such as geometric tolerances.
4.	熟练操作三坐标测量机及软件，可独立编制、修改、调用测量程序，蔡司工作经验优先。
Proficient in operating coordinate measuring machines and software, capable of independently creating, modifying, and running measurement programs; experience with Zeiss preferred.
5.	能够使用游标卡尺，千分尺，三爪尺等量具。
Familiar with measuring tools.
6.	认真仔细，按流程做事。
Carefully working, follow the process.
7.	熟练使用电脑，SAP/MES软件，较好的统计、分析、报告技能。
Proficient in using computers, SAP/MES software, Good statistical, analytical, and reporting skills.
8.	有团队合作意识，能够在高压力下工作，有强烈的责任感、合作意识、沟通技能。
Have a sense of teamwork, be able to work under high pressure, have a strong sense of responsibility, cooperation, and communication skills.
9.	一定的英语能力。
