Ensure the quality of incoming materials and meet the needs of users.


Main Accountabilities 
1.	供应商来料检验，包括样件检验和批量检验。Incoming inspection for parts from supplier, sample and batch parts included.
2.	样件检验计划和评审工作。Sample inspection plan and review.
3.	供应商来料质量问题反馈。Supplier quality issue feedback.
4.	负责核对供应商提供的报告资料完整性。Responsible for checking the report data integrity provided by the supplier.
5.	文件资料的归档。File documents and materials.
6.	创建不合格质量通知单。Create unqualified quality notice.
7.	收集统计一次性检测合格率。Collect statistics of one-time test qualification rate.
8.	协助技术,质量,采购以及供应商对不合格品零件的原因分析和整改措施。Work together with technical, quality, procurement and supplier to analyze the causes of non-conforming parts and corrective measures.
9.	协助采购共同提高供应商的产品质量。Assist procurement to improve product quality of suppliers.
10.	严格遵守安全、环境、合规等行为准则和规范。Strictly abide by the code of conduct and norms for safety, environment, compliance, etc.
11.	完成上级交办的其它事务。Performs other special projects assigned by superior.

 Knowledge , Skill and Experience 
1.	电子/电气/机电一体化等相关专业，专科毕业及以上学历。Electronic/electrical/mechatronics and other related majors, college degree or above.
2.	3年以上相关工作经验。3 years relevant work experience above.
3.	良好英文阅读能力。Good English reading skills 
4.	熟练使用电脑，熟悉Office办公软件，SAP系统，特别是Word和Excel。5.	Proficient in computer use, familiar with Office software, SAP system, especially Word and Excel.
6.	良好的电子电路图知识（占比75%）和机械制图识图能力（占比25%）。Good ability to read electronic circuit diagrams and mechanical drawings
7.	有供应商来料质量控制经验。Experience for incoming inspection preferred 
8.	熟练使用高速示波器/频谱分析仪/电检设备/万用表/焊络铁等检测仪器。Proficient in the use of high-speed oscilloscope/spectrum analyzer/electrical inspection equipment/multimeter/solder iron and other testing 
9.	能够使用游标卡尺，千分尺，三爪尺等量具。Familiar with measuring tools.
10.	认真仔细，按流程做事。Carefully working, follow the process.
11.	较好的统计、分析、报告技能。Good statistical, analytical, and reporting skills.
12.	有团队合作意识，能够在高压力下工作，有强烈的责任感、合作意识、沟通技能。Have a sense of teamwork, be able to work under high pressure, have a strong sense of responsibility, cooperation, and communication skills.
